This hotel is very historic and still has a lot of charm.

Did not like the 15 dollar a day resort fee on top of the 100 nightly fee. The cheapest parking was in there lot 3 blocks away for 12 dollars a night in the own lot or 22 dollars a night in there unsecured parking garage that don’t even have stairs of elevators. Lots of work needs done in the hotel it’s self lots of stain on carpet and furnishings. The bed and towels was clean. The staff was nice.

I appreciate that the Arlington is an old historic hotel and is still in the process of being renovated but there are some things that could be done to make guests feel they are getting a better value for their stay. Our room was adequate but after the hotel also added on a daily "resort fee" and expensive on-site parking, our bill was almost double what the room cost. There's also a major lack of information about services for guests and a hotel map would have been helpful. The mineral bath and massage services were bare bones, but the employees were really great.
Overall, it's an interesting way to take a trip back in time but be aware that this grand old dame of a hotel is still in need of a LOT of work.

The property is antique, and some of the plaster work on the walls needs to be addressed...but that is one of the reasons why one would stay in a historical hotel

It was in great condition for a hundred year old hotel. The door knobs are weird, so make sure you ask for detailed instructions. Other than that, the hot water is nice and hot, the beds are comfortable, and the town is very interesting.

The spa services were awesome. The hotel is next to shopping centers and places to eat on central.
