Perfect cozy cabin!!
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was the most beautiful 5 days I’ve spent out in Arkansas! The view from the house is what makes it just so magical. There’s so much out here if you like being active or just simply enjoy the peace and quiet. I enjoyed the full kitchen and being able to cook during our stay as well. I’d be back to stay for sure!

Terrible
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe walked in & walked right back out! We got a hotel room in hot springs. It reminded me of a shed! It was junky & falling apart. The driveway is so steep with gravel we had to put the truck in 4 wheel drive to leave! We’ve rented cabins before & this one was just horrible! We felt very uncomfortable there! We came to relax & enjoy our get away.

I am incredible sorry that your expectations were not met. I will agree with you that the gravel driveway has a downward slope to it but we have never had this brought up as a complaint as the propery landscapes sets you up for an incredible lake view. There is additional parking on a flat surface just 30-40 feet away in the front of the cabin as a 2nd option.
The pictures of the property you see on the site give you the precise style and accommodations of the property you are booking and are extremely accurate. As you can see from previous guest reviews, the small cabin is described accurately.
I again appreciate feedback from our guest , good or bad and we try to alleviate any concerns for future guests from this information.

Labor day relaxation
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed a very relaxing stay during the Labor Day weekend. Super comfy and homey cottage. Caught some fish off the dock. Really love the screened in porch overlooking the lake. Our second stay here. Wont be our last.

Perfect Family Getaway!

From the quaint, nostalgic decor to the beautiful lake views, we are very happy with our stay! The boys fished off the dock. The girls and I jumped right off the dock for a swim. We even lit the firepit for s'mores one evening! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful , allowing us to have the relaxing weekend we all needed. The hosts answered any concerns we had very quickly and were very accommodating! We went to a nearby state park to rent kayaks . We would have liked to have kayaks at the camp. But the drive was only 15 min away. We reviewed other reviews and have to disagree with some,.. there was not a musky smell as some said and the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals stove top. All in all, its good place to have a family gettaway. The kids are already asking us when we are going back!

Great location and beautiful view

Cottage review
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was cozy and was as advertised. There was a lot cobwebs and bugs on porch and dock. The bathroom door handle was broken so we couldn’t shut it during our stay. Other than those couple things the location is great and overall we had a good stay and took advantage of the beautiful area.
