I was completely disappointed in the facility. I had made a reservation about 4 weeks or more before I was to arrive. Upon arrival I was told they had cancelled all reservations and wouldn't be accepting guests because a change of management or something to that effect. I never received anything in reference to their cancellation. I can not speak on anything other than the poor management and lack of communication.

Left after first night
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThere was no door handle entering the bathroom. The toilet seat had only one peg holding it . We never got any television. The remote didnt work they then brought the correct remote but it said the wifi was disconnected and we gave up. There was a cigarette burn on my sheets. We used the available push pins and held the curtains back so we could use the ac proper. We were so disappointed we left after the first day even though we had a second day rented.

Don’t do it
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was a hotel for the local crack heads. We did not feel safe. Cockroaches were circled inside the picture frames. Sheets were stained. Crack heads hanging out everywhere. We got our money back and wend to a different town.
