I didn’t like that dogs was allowed because the smell wasn’t great or the noise

When guests with pets stay with us our housekeeping does a deep cleaning to restore the room to its original condition and accommodate future guests with allergies. Paid for a king bedroom and received a room with double beds and was told that we are not part of the rewards program so the room I paid for was not available
