Historic Stay in a Great Location
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay at this property! Check-in process was seamless. The property owner helped us bring our luggage in, demonstrated how to access the secure building and guided us to our room. He was very responsive to the few requests we had! Also, this property does not require you to do any *extras* at check out.
The location is just a few blocks from Bath House Row, restaurants, nightlife, and the Saturday Farmer's Market. The building is pretty quiet and street parking easily accessible.
The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of space for 6 of us to hang out on sleep. One of the rooms is located in the interior of the building and therefore has no windows. It was perfect for our 3 year old twins (dark and quiet)!
The school building is really cool and the owner is in the middle of restoring the auditorium to its former glory. Fun fact: President Clinton graduated from this high school!
We would not hesitate to stay here again if we visited Hot Springs in the future!

Fun Place & Great Location!
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was a fun stay! We ran into the property manager who was very kind and gave us a little tour and some background about the high school. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was close enough to downtown that we could walk and not have to deal with parking. The one thing we noticed could be better was the cleanliness of the place.

GREAT LOCATION
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI’d highly recommend this property for a getaway to Hot Springs. The apartment itself is so nice. The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to downtown and 10 minutes to Magic Springs. I also loved that the property is so secure.

Girls Weekend Getaway
Publié le 30 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe apartment and building are the coolest! Our host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Beds are comfortable and location is fantastic. Safe neighborhood an easy walk from downtown. Will definitely book again on our next trip!
