My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and the house had everything we needed. Kate was responsive and so kind. The house had essentials in the kitchen (no oil, butter or sugar), all the blankets, pillows and towels needed and we loved the hot tub in the cold weather. Very centrally located so it’s very close to hiking, bathhouse row and there is a family dollar right around the corner if you need anything additional.

Loved the property and location in proximity to the park. The cottage was amazing and well kept. The hosts were accessible when needed. The only negative I would say is the abandoned property with spray paint and taped off sections right across the street out of the front door. This was not a good first impression to see, but ended up being just an eye sore. No issues other than that.

Comfortable and stylish little house
A sweet little piece of history decorated and cared for with a touch of love and class. Perfectly charming & private backyard and game room is a bonus. The owner was readily available to answer any question. Fantastic stay!

Nice house but issues…
House was nice and well equipped but it did have a few issues. Front and rear doors hard to secure, must hold in doors tight to get locked. Bathroom light switch broken and only worked half the time for shower light. Shower heads, very low water pressure. Hot tub, way too much chemicals, will burn your eyes. Rear property gate, latch assembly just waiting to fall off. Neighborhood, not the best by any means. Lastly, had to leave a full day early due to path of former hurricane Beryl. Thank goodness we did. Power outages, tornado warnings and heavy rains. Host did not want to refund our last nights stay when we left early. We were out of the property by 9:30am. She was contacted by Evolve numerous times in regards to a partial refund but never responded. This was a dangerous storm and I wasn’t going to risk my families safety by staying another full night knowing the storm was heading directly for Hot Springs. Others said Host was great and maybe she was with them under different circumstances but if you’re asking for any kind of refund due to your families safety, forget it. At least Evolve was easy to work with and eventually gave me a partial refund for the last nights stay. I won’t be returning to this property though.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home felt super inviting and the location was great. Our only complaint is that the shower head really needs to be fixed. The water pressure is non existent and the hanging shower head is very poorly suspended so it moves around while trying to shower. Other than that it’s a great little spot!

Stayed with some of my family and it was a lovely time. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was heavenly. We were in Hot Springs mostly to visit the National Park but it was wonderful to come back to this place at the end of the day. I would greatly recommend it and stay again if we were ever in the area in the future. <3

Charming home in a great location
My husband and I stayed here for a few days during the eclipse. The place was as described, very charming, comfortable and convenient. We loved the hot tub. It’s a short drive to the park, bathhouse row and several restaurants. Kate was a wonderful host and replied to our questions quickly. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Very good location as in proximity to downtown and quiet, but the area around the home is run down. We will definitely return if the shower head is fixed (only a handheld sprayer works with low pressure) and someone manages the hot tub chemicals better. We really wanted to spend more time in the hot tub, but the amount of chlorine was extremely noxious. We couldn't turn the jets on without the fumes burning our eyes and noses. Overall, a convenient and clean place with nice touches.

We were looking to unplug and do some hiking, reading and sight-seeing and this home was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Close enough to the downtown action, but in a quiet neighborhood. The house and accomodations were perfect for a nice getaway.

Adorable Cottage
Husband and I took a quick getaway before the busy holiday season. The cottage was really cute and close to everything in Hot Springs. The only complaint we had is the shower is very low water pressure. And one of the beds was very uncomfortable. We resolved that by using the other bedroom that had a much better mattress. We loved the hot tub. I definitely recommend this cottage. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing
From the historic building across the street to the houses around it being fixed up, this quiet neighborhood gave my family a chance to relax and reconnect. This little house was the perfect size for my 19 month old to roam free without worry. Plenty of space outside for him to play while we enjoyed grilling dinner and hanging out on the back porch. We especially enjoyed playing ping-pong together, although, most of our time was spent chasing balls! Very homey and comfortable. Just close enough to everything. Kate, the host, was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and will visit again!
