Relax and enjoy this special remodeled lakeside retreat with private balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton's sweeping views. Plan to spend your early morning coffee time here and perhaps plan your evening on the balcony with cocktails while grilling dinner.

Or relax inside in the living room with the HD 55 inch flat screen TV & SoundBar! Free high speed internet. Beautiful furnishings, light flooring & crown moulding as well as remote control solar shades will create just the right atmosphere. Owner is an interior designer...beautiful & comfortable furnishings & accessories.

If cooking is your thing, the fabulous new kitchen will please: seamless quartz countertops, upgraded stainless appliances, refrigerator ice maker & pendant lighting for meal prep. Fully equipped with everything you need.

At the end of the day, sink into the plush King size bed fitted with luxury linens. (So many guests have mentioned how comfortable the bed is.....) There is a wall mounted television, closet and plenty of storage. The stylish bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower, glass panel door and plenty of fresh luxurious towels and toiletries.

Park right in front of the condo. We have a boat ramp right next door that you can use for a small fee and boat trailer parking in dedicated areas in our parking lot. Or, there are some owners that will rent their slip...just ask me for info on this. Short term (several hours) boat tie-up is available first come basis.

Located just off Central Ave, this condo is minutes from so much to see and do in Hot Springs!! Take in a spa bath in the historic Bath House Row downtown, meander through the many art galleries or hike the majestic trails scattered throughout the National Park forest. Other popular attractions include seasonal horse racing at the nationally recognized Oaklawn Park and it's adjoining huge casino. Our Garvan Gardens botanical garden is quite famous and spectacular year around and summer fun at Magic Springs Water Park. Let's not forget the shopping and dining selections in over 200 restaurants.

The Total Package
This was a perfect lakefront condo with absolutely everything from a beautiful view to an extra blanket for the couch area and a real coffee pot for us “non-K cup” drinkers! Kay was extremely communicative about anything she thought we may need, which was greatly appreciated and ensured we were very well accommodated. We would definitely revisit here! The cleanliness was impeccable. The condo is located right near the water and watching the ducks play in the water over coffee with floor to ceiling lakeside brews was perfect-even in 20 degree weather.

Great condo for a couple's getaway
Easy 10-15 drive to downtown. Great access to the lake. Close to many local restaurants and a few entertainment venues (mini golf, gokarts, etc). Very clean and well-equipped facility! Only drawback was that the ceiling above allowed for noisy steps by the upstairs neighbors. Not much anyone can do about that.

Perfect for couples
The condo is highly desirable. It is not far from all that Hot Springs has to offer yet it is quiet and relaxing. Well maintained with a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. Definitely worth a return trip.

Clean comfortable and quiet condo with a nice view of the lake. It is an older condo complex that is showing its age but our unit was very nice and clean with no issues. It was a convenient location to get to what we wanted to see in Hot Springs. Would stay here again. Nice book of local information was helpful. A good experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay
We loved this condo! Perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my wife to enjoy some quiet and catch the races at Oaklawn. It had a beautiful lakefront view and was just perfect for what we needed. We were sad it was too cold to enjoy the lake more but overall a 5-star experience and a place we’d love to stay again.

Me and my girlfriend really liked this property a lot. Very good features and so comfortable, everything matched the pictures. I would recommend this place for anybody. Peaceful neighborhood and the Lake view was amazing.

The view was great but the condo was small with a very uncomfortable couch. If you are going to be out a lot, it would be fine. We went in the winter and spent more time in the condo. The kitchen amenities were good if you want to cook.
