the lady at front desk we got there super late and she was very helpful and understood my situation the world needs more people like her in this world

My reservation was lost at check in. The hotel had no record of me even though I had the email and text.e ven though the desk guy was nice, It was super frustrating to tell him ALL my registration again and book from a scratch like i hadn't already while standing exhausted at night holding luggage.

My family and I had a great time. Our rooms were clean, front desk was helpful, the location is perfect. Hoping to go back for another vacation.
