We stayed up all night because there is no regulations on noise complaints. Our upstairs neighbors were allowed to part all night. After calling the front desk twice, I was told by front desk that because there was only 1 front desk agent, that she couldn't leave the front desk and tell them to quiet down. I was told i could call the police myself and that there was no management to contact.
Everything was perfect in this room. I love the layout and the fact that there’s no closet and plenty of storage space and the lighting is great. Definitely love the light over the mirror in the hallway with a plug right next to it. Love the makeshift bed as well.
This was a weekend getaway trip. The hotel is in a very convenient location to walk to the racetrack. A little far for downtown. The room was a good size, so it could have accommodated an armchair. The mattress needs to be secured more to the bed frame. It kept sliding.
Tried to check in early and even though they had a room available, they wanted to charge an extra $50. I've stayed her multiple times and have never been asked to pay extra
This will probably be my go-to hotel when in Hot Springs. Only one complaint, the room was noisy. We could hear noise from the room above late into evening and early in the morning.
Room was very clean. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect. Great shuttle service.
It's a new hotel. The carpet free rooms are clean and eye pleasing. I stayed the weekend in early December. No complaints about the room or the noise level at night. The continental breakfast was adequate, but we ended up eating at many pancake houses downtown. Thanks!
The check in process was easy. However the lady in the front desk was not rude - however extremely unfriendly- had a chip on her shoulder.
Room was clean and was exactly worth what we paid for.
We had 2 nights booked. However following morning no room service - no new towels nor did anyone fix the room, bed, hand towels, toiletries etc.
When we came if from sight seeing and dinner and found the room that way we contacted the front desk lady (same person as before). She immediately told us we are lying and she had not received such a complaint from any other guest. Asked for manager she said no. Asked if someone would at least give us new towels - her response “let me se what I can do?”. Asked her to switch the room and she said “All rooms are booked” only upon threatening to call hotesl.com and sending them pictures did she allow us to swap room. Grand scheme of things minor altercation- However from a service industry perspective a big goose egg.
