Publié le 5 nov. 2018 sur HotelsPersonnel très accueillant, hôtel vétuste mais très propres, bon petit dejeuner, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller manger mais proche de la ville, petit problème pour la salle de bain, pas de mitigeur et toilette très bruyante

Super séjour ! Hôtel calme
Publié le 20 mai 2018 sur HotelsAccueil formidable ! La dame nous a donné le choix de la chambre à l’étage ou rez-de-chaussée ce qui est rare ! Un moment après surprise...elle nous a téléphoné pour savoir si notre chambre nous convenait et si tout était ok! Très propre et lit confortable ! Super piscine nous avons pu en profiter après une journée au Quapaw Hot spring ! Le petit centre touristique est très proche ! Il faut la voiture pour aller aux restaurants ! L’hôtel se trouve juste au dessous de la tower

The hotel itself is one of the cleanest hotels that I've ever stayed in; and I've stayed in many, but the grumpy old lady, in the front office, with the VERY heavy accent, was one of the rudest hotel staff that I've ever come across. She would raise her shoulders high, close her eyes, tilt her head back, and sigh sharply in an exasperated manner, like a 12 yr old child, everytime we asked her to repeat herself (her accent is very heavy and difficult to understand.) It was one of the most childish displays by an adult that I've ever seen;
or her muttering under her breath in her own language because my husband wanted to use the bathroom in the lobby and she had to come around the counter and unlock it.
Just because of her, I would not stay again.
No proteins offered at breakfast.
Try the little hamburger stand across the road. It's great.

I certainly will inform the manager about your undesirable experienced and he will speak with the person who treated you in a rude manner. I was disappointed that the pool was closed, i picked this hotel for that reason and it was in the 90's but I will go back there again

Mostly updated room. Didn't like hard floors. We prefer carpeting. Breakfast was adequate but little protein. Pool was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

The property was clean and staff very friendly, breakfast was ok biscuits not too good. The walls are thin, people talking sounding loud , all around us, didn’t get much sleep. Room clean and bed comfortable. A place to wash clothes if needed.good for the price, would stay again.

We are sorry that other guest located near you were talking too loudly as that behavior is not acceptable after 10 PM.. It was a busy Labor Day Weekend and the hotel was full of people. If that ever happens after 10 pm at any hotel please call front desk so they can ask loud guests to quite down. We are pleased you chose us and said you would stay with us again. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We needed to stay an hour later than checkout and they were super nice and helpful about it and it was no problem. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything you want at a hotel that would be 5 times as expensive. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Hot Springs in the future.
