Valet parking is worth it for 30.00..do it you won’t regret it. The food is good and room service is a great added bonus. My breakfast was delivered and was still hot! My ONLY complaint is MAKE SURE you ask for a room that’s not next to the street. The vehicles/motorcycles are so loud and they cruise until late hours. The loud exhaust and continuous laps of back and forth will have you wanting earplugs haha Otherwise is amazing to stay here. I will be back with that only one request for my next visit.

Will stay again if in Hot Springs!
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived at Valet. Beautiful view from room was only outdone by the view from the rooftop restaurant. I do wish we would have known the rooftop closed at 7 on Sundays when booking because we planned to have dinner there the 1 night we stayed. Room was updated, clean, & spacious plus the bed was very comfortable. The somewhat private trail off the 4th floor was a nice bonus. Very much recommend!

I was only there for a night, so my review is based on a small sample size. My experience was positive - staff was friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable and clean, location offered convenient walking distance to shops, dining, and attractions. Parking was inconvenient. Valet is available, but expensive ($35 per night). My room was adjacent to the street, which gets loud and can make it difficult to sleep. I had a suspicion when ear plugs were provided by the bedside. I would gladly stay again, but get a room not along the street.

They have valet parking but there is free parking just 2 blocks away right behind a police station and it has video surveillance. It is a very safe place to park.

So excited to be here, was really disappointed in rooftop bar and dining. Went up last night, beautiful night and they were out of just about everything so I ended up settling, which I didn’t think was cool.
In an addition, if you want menu is going to be limited on rooftop perhaps we can order from another venue on property and either take it up there or have it delivered it’s just a perfect spot to have a burger for example and is on the menu as sliders. However, they were out of a certain bun anyway they were out of a lot.
Dinner the night before in the hotel restaurant downstairs was excellent
