COCKROACHES!!

I got to my room and it looked clean. I took off my shoes and socks to get ready to shower and then relax after traveling for many hours. I stepped on a dead cockroach. A COCKROACH!! I grabbed all my stuff and got out of that room. I took the dead roach to the front desk and the guy at the desk laughed. I demanded a refund. He tried to offer me another room but I wasn’t staying there. I had to demand that he call a manager even though it was 11pm and give me a refund. Called Hotels.com and they refused to help me get another room. I was 1000’s of miles from home, it was after 11pm and they refused to help me get a room. Absolutely terrible customer care from HOTELS.com.

Esta muy bien ubicada. Acceso a mucho lugares facilmente. Falta mucha limpieza en algunas areas comunes. Urge una remodelacion. Costo beneficio es caro respecto al servicio, lo compensa un poco con la ubicacion. Huele muy mal. Huele a viejo.

The property is outdated. The carpeting needs to be shampooed.

The only negative is that we killed 2 cockroaches. Other than that the hotel served it purpose.
