I was told Hotels.com is a scam.
Posted Jul. 21, 2024 on HotelsWhen I get to the hotel and check in, I show her my confirmation email the receptionist told me that Hotels.com is a scam and she has no reservations for me and no room available. She told me that I have to book at least one or two months in advance in order to get a room. Hotels.com please respond to this.

No electricity

I didn’t get a chance to stay due to the room I had for reservations had a broken a/c unit they wanted to charge me the difference for another room I said no because why should I pay the difference due to a broken appliance that I’m not responsible for I left for another hotel down the street I felt as if they were trying to get over on me.

This is a terrible hotel and staff. I was given a room and ten minutes after settling in was told to move to another room. The next room did not have a bedspread, a cable box, the door wouldn't open with the key card, and had burns and stains in the curtains. The staff was rude and unconcerned when I brought this to their attention. They told me to leave and call expedia to get a refund. Don't stay here!

This was the worst hotel i have stayed in! As soon as we got checked my wife checked the beds as she always does there was hair stain sheets holes in the bedding the floor was dirty and covered with dust. I went downstairs and asked for fresh sheets and the gave me "clean" sheets turns out the cleaned sheets had a stain on them the next morning my wife took a shower and she wanted to use the hair dryer and the hair dryer does not work i would not recommend this hotel to anyone
