Nice small motel with big motel service.
Publié le 30 oct. 2017 sur ExpediaThe.mini suite was convenient and had enough room for games and play area for our granddaughter. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Our room was conveniently located so we didn't have to walk a long way to get to the lobby. The only negative comment I have is there's no elevator and we didn't want to drag luggage up stairs so we had to wait for a comparable room on the first floor to be cleaned. Fortunately they had one and were nice enough to let us have it.

Baymont was the perfect option for our stay in Houston. Breakfast (eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, cereal and waffles) daily made the stay even better.

The breakfast was great. Close to Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants and supermarkets which I can enjoy pho, and Vietnamese food. Overall the property was good. I will give the perfect 10 if the hallway have more pleasant
smell.

We had originally booked 7 nights.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a not particularly friendly woman at reception. We were told that the pool was not available. When we asked how long it would take, we received no answer.
On the way to the room (2nd floor) we noticed that the carpet in the entire hotel was old and dirty. The carpet in our room was also wet. It was not possible to determine where this came from. The hotel corridor smelled of marijuana.
The air conditioning in the room was held together with duct tape. In summary, the conditions were intolerable. For this reason, we checked out after just one night. This hotel does not deserve the name.
