Lunch not very satisfactory, cheese and cream is missing every day, the hotel's internet is not powerful enough, it's a little hot, otherwise the rest I have nothing to say I recommend

It was an average stay I was enjoying it until I realized I was getting bit while sleeping..! Yep BED BUGS/ Fleas on the bed. Was changed to another room full of pet hair!! And supposedly it was a clean and ready room. I didn’t want to stress management out so didn’t make a big deal but then they charged $52 extra for dirty towels. All I can say is 1) don’t use white towels if you don’t want them dirty. SIMPLE. I’m still waiting for management to contact me was told it was going to happen by today 8/22/24 no contact made.
BEWARE OF STAYING HERE CHECK YOUR BEDS !!! My feet are itchy and full of bites !!!

Our sincere apologies however upon inspection by our inspector, myself and exterminator no infestation of any bugs was found the room you were staying in. I understand that you are upset over stained linen that was clearly explained to you at check-in upon receiving of your signature of acknowledgement. So again my sincere apologies that we failed to exceed your expectations.

Breakfast buffet was out of protein. Very long line up to make waffles on only two machines.

only the ice machine on one floor was down the indoor pool was really cold, the staff was friendly not the most engaging. But overall the hotel was very nice ! I will definitely be returning! Breakfast was great! Lots of amenities!! We were very satisfied!
