The property was sufficient for our needs and the bed was very comfortable. Although the exterior was generally neat and clean, the interior seemed a bit run-down and appeared under renovation in many areas. Occasionally, there was a smell of mold in the hallway.

There is a lot of construction around the property, but it is very clean, quiet, and initially welcoming. When we arrived, the front desk was inviting and professional. I asked for ice and was told there was no working ice machine but there was a refrigerator in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. This looks like a newer or freshly remodeled hotel. When we got up the next day, the refrigerator was warm, or medication and leftover BBQ was room temperature instead of cold. We proceeded to the dining area for breakfast, which is normally very good at Comfort Suites. We found several beverage stations marked out of order. Coffee carafes were empty, a waffle dispensers empty, bread unstocked, cereal but no milk, no yogurt. Over of the reasons I like to stay at Comfort Suites is because of the value and convenience. No breakfast, ruined left overs and expensive diabetic medication, and no child drinks because there was no ice or working refrigeration almost ruined this stay for us. When I went to the front desk to ask for at least coffee, explaining that the wake dispenser was also not working, the morning clerk responsible for keeping this area stocked snapped back that this is a new property for her company and not everything is working correctly. She was completely unprofessional and rude--i thought she was in the hospitality business. This was such a waste between losing the leftover lunch & the monthly diabetic shots for two. We'll stay elsewhere.

It was nice and quiet which is what I needed at the time. The room was comfortable but on the second floor and the elevator had no A/C. Thank goodness the room did. The chair at the desk in the room was nasty as well. Otherwise staff very nice and accommodating.

Smoke alarm in room going off at 12am while my kids were sleeping called front desk she asked if anyone had a candle lit informed her we didn’t we were asleep she then stated she would let staff know but for now take the batteries out that’s when I saw little roaches crawling in and around it, she then started that could be the reason and she would let them know abt that also. Ice machines broken, dryer broker but staff will let you use theirs. Staff were all very friendly and apologetic for all the issues but would not recommend.

My child and I were double billed. Treated poorly by the manager. Profiled and checked into an unsafe room that had been broken into, on the ground floor, with a view of an overflowing trash dumpster. This was purposed. I am beyond sad about the experience, as it compounded our grief. We are fleeing an active domestic violence attack!

It never fails every time I use Comfort hotels, the hotel is out dated. My room carpet was filthy, the door to the refrigerator was broken, crackes in the wall the breakfast area was disappointing. Only scramble eggs,no bacon. Paint peeling on the walls.I had to wait to be checked in, since there was no one at the desk The lady had an attitude

Good hotel
Hotel is still under going renovations. I have stayed here 3 times in the last month and all 3 ice machines have been out of order. Need to get at least get one up & running. The rooms have been super clean, beds are comfortable & towels are fluffy & not stained. TV service in minimal. All channels do not come in & there is only 2 local chnnels.
