Prepare to wait… for everything.
If you are there to relax and take your time then this will be a great experience for you mandatory valet parking and we had a 20 minute wait every time we needed the car. The check in process was 20 minutes of waiting. Check in was at 3 pm. At 340 we were told the king bed room was sold out due to inventory so what they had was a two queens and if that was okay. It wasn’t but what choice did we have. Then they told us we had vouchers waiting for us. After five minutes of looking we were told ‘I guess there are none for you.’ Breakfast was the same. Short staffed and everything took forever. We got up three times to find an employee to take our order, pour our coffee and get the check. It was exhausting.

Exceptional Stay at Blossom Hotel Houston
y stay at Blossom Hotel Houston was outstanding. The modern design, spacious rooms, and luxurious amenities like the rooftop pool made for a perfect experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the on-site dining was excellent. Conveniently located near major attractions, it’s a fantastic choice for both business and leisure. Highly recommend!

Mandatory Valet
Been to the Blossom 4-5 times before and all were good. The extras like room service and hotel breakfast were expensive. This time when we arrived, was advised that valet parking is mandatory and costs ~$51. It also has a long wait time (not always) for the vehicle. Still a great hotel.
