The hotel is a lovely 100 year old building and I loved the art deco vibe. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and we greatly appreciated being able to check in early as well as have our bags held after we checked out because had an event to attend. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was really comfy. Location was very convenient to the Astros stadium, where we were going to a tournament. We ate in the hotel restaurant for one dinner and one breakfast. Service was friendly but food was overpriced and mediocre. Overall, a very nice place and would stay again in the future!

Property is beautiful & very clean. The downfall was the heat not working in my room. After several complaints I was given a space heater that did not work & another one later that night. The heat was never fixed during my stay causing me to take showers in the cold.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that the staff at this property is truly exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. We encountered an issue with the heater when the temperatures dropped suddenly and dramatically, but the staff handled it with professionalism and care. Despite the challenges presented by the cold weather, our overall experience at the hotel was fantastic. The accommodations were comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I appreciate how the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible during this unexpected situation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Houston!

Overall hotel is great, Love the story behind the structure, but they need cameras in their lot. My truck got broken in to and they took my work jackets. I have not got my refund i was promised. My work jackets are government issued jackets. Only answer they had was “we have no cameras”.

The Cambria was a perfect setting/stay for our engagement get-away. A historic office building that tastefully blends a nostalgic feel with modern amenities and homey feel. The 2nd floor lounge area is a great place to just hang and read a book or enjoy a cocktail. Love the decor. I planned our stay as a surprise and management went the "extra mile" to make it a memorable stay. Can't wait to come back.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! I travel with my daughter who is special needs and they helped unload her wheelchair as well as the luggage! She does assisted marathon races. They also loaded and unloaded her chair and locked it up for me and had it in the lobby the morning of the race and ready to go!!! 10/10 recommend and will definitely stay here again!!!
