Surprisingly spacious property at a reasonable price
The house itself is immaculate and attractive. We had everything we needed. We appreciated the gates and extra security since the neighborhood is somewhat transitional. Minor quibble: some of the instructions for the house need to be updated (no Amazon fire stick for TV, etc.). Communication with manager was great. Very responsive.

Great location
Property is very clean and well furnished. The location is close to freeway access and the downtown area for convenience but also has the advantage of private, gated parking. I would definitely consider staying here again.

If you’re not too picky this place is great
When we arrived there was a dead roach on the floor but at least it was dead right?? Then it rained and there was a leak in the primary bedroom. We contacted the manager and it was fixed right away. There are parts of the floor that feel like they are not attached to the sub flooring because your feet dip down so low it feels like you might fall through. We loved the layout of the house and for what we needed the property delivered. The next night it rained again and the power went out in of the kids’ bedrooms. It looks really shiny and clean but has some foundational stuff. The mattress in the primary bedroom was so loud! It gave a crunchy noises so anytime of us moved we woke up. We’re not too picky so we’d stay here again but if you’re picky, you might want to stay elsewhere.

Space for everyone
Enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect size for my family of 4. Felt secure and comfortable. Only complaint primary bedroom bed was the worst. Not big enough and was crunchy sounds with every movement. Was not a deal breaker though. Angel was a great host and called to check if all was well. I look forward to staying again.

Very clean. Awesome!!! Beautiful place. Very well appointed. Great urban location and vibe. For Intown Houston, this place is great!!! Has everything you want and need. Safe with security gates. I felt ver safe parking my $180000 vehicle in driveway. Host was awesome. She is great with communication. I come to Houston for business several times a year. I will definitely book again!!!

The house itself was cute. When we arrived, there was an open container of half eaten pizza. I’m sure that was an accident but still. I think the area itself was pretty sketchy. As someone who isn’t familiar with Houston, I think the description was a bit misleading. We chose the place because of the description. If I had seen or had any idea about that area, I would not have made the same choice. As far as the actual house, it was fine. Facilities were great. The master bed is very squeaky. It also took us a minute to figure out the thermostat. Other than that it was totally sufficient for our needs. I literally had no contact with the host other than the email the sent beforehand with check in instructions. We even sent her an email and picture of the food left in the kitchen when we arrived but we never got a response.

Beautiful home
This home was perfect for our stay! Our group consisted of 5 adults. The host was very easy to communicate with prior to & during our stay. With gates on the walkway as well as the driveway, we felt we were safe as well as our vehicles. The driveway is very long so no issue for multiple cars. The home was clean & just as pictured. We will definitely rebook if we need a property in Houston again.
