Need major maintainence
After I booked, I contacted the hotel abt the airport shuttle, no one mentioned it being unavailable on Xmas day. It will be nice if they let the guests know ahead of time. Called the hotel all day after I landed, no one answered phone. When we got there, front door was not working, had to enter thru the side door. Room was fine, except toilet paper stand has no rod and has be set aside. Elevator was not working on the 2nd day when we checked out. No juice at breakfast either. I was honestly disappointed as I stay at Comfort inn most of the time. This stay did not match up with the rest of the expreiences.

Horrible customer service and not clean
We arrived and were never made aware that there was going to be a deposit of $75 which still hasn’t been returned. Also there was poop stains on the wall genitalia hair in the shower no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed for my son . Asked for sheets pillows and blanket and was told they should be in the dresser The person got mad when I said there wasn’t any and the went to the linings room and got 2 sheets no pillows . Our sheets had cigarette burns. The parking lot was littered with garbage. Then for breakfast there was none left at 9 am. Heater was not working we have pictures showing all this would really like a refund

Upon arriving I was charged a 75.00 fee although everything was paid for beforehand. When we checked into our room the hotel smelled like cigarettes although there were signs posted everywhere saying it is non smoking. Night 1 was okay nothing really going on. Night 2 I bumped into the curtain and noticed a used condom on the floor. Asked for towels since we used the 2 towels we had. Was told sorry we have no towels. They are in the dryer we will call you when we have them. No call. Next morning can we have towels please. Sorry no towels. It’s extra but we don’t need extra towels we need replacement towels. So we brought the towels down. Still we don’t have towels. He recommended we speak to the manager, finally night 4 room was serviced. Manager was super friendly and very upset about the condom. She took the maid and went upstairs to clean it up and notified the maids to clean the room.

I did not like this hotel - the room was not cleaned; elevator was noisy and faulty and the breakfast terrible. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6 am to 9 am and by 8am, there was nothing left to eat. No good reception/ welcome on arrival. This stay was my worse stay in any hotel in the US in 15 years.

A very spacious and modern hotel with fairly large size rooms and very nicely appointed with granite countertops in bathroom for a very reasonable price. This also includes a free breakfast and pool for the family.

I went with family for breakfast at 8:30AM and nothing was there for the breakfast. Upon asking I was told there is nothing left in the pantry. Its difficult when no breakfast was provide when I booked it with breakfast. It becomes more challenging when you are with kids. Transportation to the airport is very limited and very little space for luggage and they will drop you only at terminal C. Overall, horrible experience and this hotel should be avoided, especially with kids.
