I was here over a month ago and the elevator was broken . Once again it is out of order. I just recently had a hip surgery so I won’t be back for a third try.

Worst place to stay.
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWorst place ever to stay. Elevator was not working. Corridor carpet looked like they were never Vaccum or cleaned.
We had booked 2 rooms both didn’t had hot water. Management didn’t care even after numerous calls to the front desk.Room were stinky. You can’t stay at a place like this even for free.

My initial impression when I walked in at 9p? There was no staff at the desk, and some unsavory looking characters wandering in and out. I stood for at least 5 minutes waiting for anyone to come to the desk. After securing the room, I was greeted by a broken elevator, and missing security lock. I walked back downstairs, and asked for a different room as a result, and was given one. At least the next room had the lock. I had to traipse up and down flights of stairs carrying my luggage because of the inop elevator. Then, at 4:30am a member of the hotel staff came knocking, and woke me up. I was quite curt thru the doorway. His only reply was sorry, wrong room. At almost 5a? Really? I couldn't go back to sleep afterward. The hallway carpet is completely filthy. Not just a few stains, but covered in filth. I will not return. I thought this property was associated with Comfort Inn & Suites. Now, I'm not so certain. There will be no return visit to this property.
