The staff were great . Our kids had an early flight out ( 5am) Jessica was great help is true asset to the company! Very helpful. pool was great! The G-kids had fun ! Note the hotel is going through Reno’s after being damaged by the hurricane. The second floor Reno’s are supposed to start early March /2025. Everything is close by hit you do have to drive . No walking to them due to the highway right there . Will stay here again

Great Service - tired building.
The staff was amazing. The room was quite tired. The hotel looks like it is in the middle of a renovation. Our room had ill fitting doors, light came in around all the edges, the bathroom had mold, there were tiny, and I mean tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. The walls had obvious cracks in the drywall, running ceiling to floor. They had two van/shuttles in the parking lot but told us that they didn't have a driver. So that was an expense we didn't plan for, because we had to take an Uber. The linens were clean, and the room was clean, but over room felt tired. The faucet in the bathroom has so much calcium buildup in the end that skinny streams of high pressure water were coming out to wash your hands or brush your teeth.

Very out dated. The hotel smelt like cigarette smoke covered up by atrong febreze. We asked for an extra pillow and were declined. The pool was verry outdated and not well maintained. We did not let our kids swim in the pool. The shuttle to the airport does not run until 7am which does not help if you have an early flight. Beds were okay. Overall there are better hotels for this price.

I had 3 different room within 12 hours of initial check in.....the 1st room had a horrible smell...I myself left a window open in hopes that it would air out (IT DIDN'T)....2nd room was next to a room under construction, which I was woken up to at 7am along with the worker singing at the top of his lungs, while banging/drilling (after i had traveled a whole day prior)....my 3rd room given by the manager Mary who was uninterested in my concerns and brushed me off while I expressed my disappointments... room 100 had ants/small bugs in the bathroom. I spent most of this trip with a friend and inconvenienced them. Also, the heated pool that I asked about prior to....was ICE COLD. On my final horrible day, I went to get coffee and my keys were diabled upon my return (approx. 10:30am).. I could not be paid to stay in this hotel again. There was one nice staff..the mature black man that checked me out of my room.

The photos used to display the hotel showcase a better stay than you will actually find upon arrival. The rooms were old, outdated and not clean. The bed was not comfortable at all and vents and ac ran loudly all night. I did not stay there my second night it was terrible.

We specifically chose this hotel for proximity to airport with an indoor pool for our grandchildren. The heated pool was not heated-when I asked, I was told the heating unit wasn’t working with no indication that the problem was being resolved. There was no info about this on hotel website or on the door of pool indicating this. The painted floor of the pool area was peeling up all over and sticking to our skin. There were never clean twirls in pool area-I had to ask for towels 3 times. The patio area was very dirty; the seat cushions were ragged n worn n patio rug is deteriating. Our room had stained carpeting n upholstery. We stayed 3 nights and were never given additional shampoo/bathroom toiletries nor were our bedsheets changed. There was food left in our frig from previous guest and no trash bin available in bathroom. There was no hair drier provided in our room and for some reason the guest phone was on the floor under a chair.

I love that the front desk clerk was friendly and attempted to accommodate the best she could. The room i booked wasn't available due to busted pipes. The 1st room she gave me smelled like an ashtray. I went back down. She offered another room. It wasn't the best, but it was clean. Everything is clean and works well just dated. I booked mainly to relax. They need digital smart TVs. They have analog Tvs. I wasn't able to stream anything. I booked the weekend. I checked out the next day. Overall staff was great. This location needs a renovation specifically since its close to the airport. Oh the plus an indoor pool we didn't get to use.
