I was in room 153. Farthest room from the lobby. I could hear the wind through the window. The toilet was so low i had trouble getting up and the paper was unreachabke

The hotel was great but I probably would not go walking around in the dark at night in the area surrounding the hotel.

Our stay was good except for a couple of items. There was no room cleaning during our stay. We had to get towels from front desk daily. The tub didn't drain well, and the TV had several vertical lines running through it. Other than those above mentioned items, our stay washood

I booked a room here when the AC randomly went out at home, and it was near work. I did book a small staycation here back in 2020, so knowing the hotel was also a factor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and check in was easy. My room was clean and had plenty of towels, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. I have no complaints, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Professionally Inept Staff

Worst customer service experience ever (and I’m a relatively frequent traveler). The woman who was the on-site manager had very limited professionalism and spoke disparagingly to me just because I asked for a third trash bag to empty our food-related waste (she gave me 2 small bags. The small waste bin in our room was full and we didn’t want to leave the room untidy because of the additional trash.) No microwave. The refrigerator couldn’t even fit 2 small-sized to-go plates with 3 bottles of water. Except you’re comfortable with being treated very poorly, I don’t recommend this place!
