Room was average. And very clean. The lobby and hallways had a nauseating smell. I wanted to leave as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately, my room was non-refundable.

Location was perfect. The breakfast was good for a hotel. All of the staff was polite. I think the shuttle should run 24/7. There were several people who needed transportation and the shuttle wasn't available.

Posted Aug. 11, 2024 on HotelsIt was great until the elevator stop working,my husband has bad needs and copd which neans he can't walk far, imagine having to climb the stairs, I think we should be offered half of our payment for the inconvenience, packing bags and luggage downstairs as well as up, ruined our little get away
