I am likely to stay again for business trips.

I have been staying in this hotel when I visit Houston since 2019. Good hote, convenient location, nice staff and good service. Breaktfasts are decent. But this time, the funiture in my hotel room was very worn out which made the hotel look low quality although it actualyl is not. I do believe the hotel needs refurb on some of the things. However, overall, it was ok for myself over a busienss stay However, I would not stay in this hotel with my family though.

Horrible experiencia

I was not able to stay at this hotel! I had my confirmation and everything but the hotel decided to cancel my reservation since I didn’t arrive at the time of check in. We went for a baseball game and got to hotel around midnight and they didn’t have a room for us. Even though my confirmation said I had until 2 am to check in they didn’t honor that. We had a hard time finding a place to stay since it was a busy weekend. The hotel didn’t even offer an apology or an option to accommodate us.
