This "Hyatt" location shut down while we still were there. On the second fmday there, We left for the day and came back to everything gone. Anything that said Hyatt had been removed from rooms (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) Without notice. The front desk didnt have much information and advise to speak to the manager on Monday, all this happened Friday night. Just a terrible experience.

This property is no longer a part of the Hyatt network. This was not disclosed to us until it eas time to check in and the front desk agent told me she had to remake my reservation. The rooms listed in site are also not correct. My reservation was for a two bedroom suite but i was informed that those tooms no longer exsit and haven't for over 3 years.
The staff was friendly and helped in the best ways they could. The lack of communication was the most unerving part of my visit.

Front desk/manager she is very rude. If she doesn't likes her job she need to go and find another one. Our check in was terrible she didnt wanted to help because my husband doesnt know english. I called if he could of stayed 2 more nights she didnt wanted to give me information she hangs up i called back i told her i was not finished talking and she replies with well I'm done talking to you. Never again will i come and stay there. SHE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER

A few things to be aware. This property has no rooms with two beds on site, though the website allows booking for such. The bar is there but not open. The outside seating area is VERY noisy. The fan in our bathroom had no switch to turn off and was pretty loud. Beyond that it was a relatively good stay. The breakfast was good with an omelet bar! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and very accommodating. Would stay again, but the website needs to be updated for accuracy for offerings.
