This property is not clean on the outside or inside the carpet is stained bed blankets are old and smells stale refrigerator was loud and door wouldn’t close all the way

Picture of the outside looks exactly like what’s posted on site. Once I made it to check in the receptionist was very UNFRIENDLY, showing emotion as if he did not want to be there. He slid the check in sheet for me to sign in and didn’t specify what I was signing, rudely. Once checked in, could not find any parking spot to park, unlocked room door and I asked myself what the hell did I book. Everything about the room was dirty, stale smoke smell embedded in room, crack under the door where you could see outside. Meaning, enough room for critters to crawl inside and leave back out if chosen. Roll of toilet paper that was left on the roll shown it was used from a previous stay. Everything about the room was horrible. I felt like a construction worker that had booked for weekly ratings. HORRIBLE!!!! Reviews and ratings others left were definitely lies.
