I had a huge bug in my room and they thoughtfully moved me to another room where the toilet was broken and they had to come fix that so yeah that was my experience

Needs some TLC
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsFirst room was a disaster, tv didn’t work so the desk manager came up to fix it and wiggled the coax cable and it came on. The mini fridge didn’t work and he said he would send someone up in the morning but never showed. The shower didn’t work properly , it just dribbled out water. The room needed some TLC, chipped paint, stains, caulking etc. The next morning l asked for a new room and the lady at the front desk obliged and that room was much better. The exit doors to the parking lots stay open most of the time which makes the hotel an easy target for crime and homeless. The complimentary breakfast was good and they give you two free drinks at the bar and snacks between 5:30 and 7:00 which was cool. Stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and was in better shape.

Whenever we stay in Houston this is where we stay. The rooms are always clean and they smell so good and fresh mThe bed linens are calways smell so good.The breakfast is great, my husband especially loves that there i someone making made to.order omelets.

Room hardly got cool, ants all over the room, no trash bags in the room & 2 towels were left for a family of 4 . Toilet got clogged for no apparent reason and the lady at the front said here’s a plunger unplug it yourself, plunger itself was disgusting
