Location was easy to get to and was very convenient to my medical facility. All staff I had contact with were personable and friendly, helpful with directions.

Our stay was good , however a little disappointed that the pool was closed…
One of the reason’s we booked here.

The property is old and dated. Except for trash in the trash can, the room was clean. Bed was comfortable but sheets were pretty worn. We booked, and were charged, for a room with 2 beds and were given a room with one bed. The property is in a quiet area, which was nice. We did enjoy the full sized fridge and freezer since we were traveling with a lot of food.

The manager and the staff were very nice and helpful, but the hotel is dirty. The carpeting in the stairwell is extremely stained and smelled badly. We saw several dead cockroaches in the hallways at different times. The floor in our room had dirty in the corners that was never swept up and the furniture in the room was either stained or broken. The decor in the rooms is outdated. The hotel doesn't have a generator, so when there was a power outage, all of the food in our refrigerator spoiled.

Barely any accommodations or assistance in times of need. Keys barely worked and tended to need to be replaced by staff. Staff was friendly but the hotel itself wasn’t a great experience. Won’t be staying again.
