This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had in my life. Facility staff was "okay", but not what I'd call friendly. The room was dirty. No coffee. An overall horrible stay.

Constant noise and running upstairs. Mold smell the entire stay. Looks like a repair team was next door fixing a room. A major leak in the shower head.

No fue el viaje que esperábamos...

Ibamos en plan familiar, nos arruinaron los planes de tardeada con la alberca cerrada. El colchón del sofá estaba pésimo, super sucio y con muchos hoyos. Nos dejaron un shampoo usado (vacío), el área está bien, pero por los hospitales, seguido se escuchan sirenas y a veces helicópteros. No funcionaba la maquina de hielo y por lo que dijeron, solo tienen 1 para todo el hotel. Por el resto, habitación limpia.

We got there late around 8pm and there was a lot of people / homeless hanging out by the front area. We checked in and our room was filthy. The bathroom sink light was not working. The chairs was dirty and the floor was dirty as well. Overall stay was not good obviously but more on we felt unsafe. Never again to this place

Staff were great, friendly and professional. Physical building is in disrepair, old mattress with worn spots where people sit or lay on it, room smelled of cigarette smoke, bathroom light didn’t work, no drain plug in the tub, sink drained slow and didn’t have hot water. The fire alarm went off early am apparently it’s not abnormal and may have been caused by the dryers being used. Firefighters confirmed it to be a frequent location to visit.

It wasn't a good experience. It said breakfast included & they just had coffee and cereal bars. The Internet didn't work, the fire alarm set off twice as I was trying to sleep. There were roaches in the bathroom, the tv's screen was blue. Liz at the frontdesk was not very helpful and wasn't nice at all. Terrible experience here.

It’s just adequate, water pressure in shower was very low, a/c had to be put on 60 to barely make it 70
