Nice location and in general it was a good experience. The only thing I dislike was that the carpet in the room was very dirty.

We enjoyed our stay here, although there were a few hiccups. We had booked this hotel specifically for their pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool would be closed for the entirety of our stay due to roof repairs (hurricane damage). There were shingles in & around the pool area, as well as the perimeter of the property, as the workers were just tossing their construction garbage 4 floors down. There were a few dumpsters present, but I was still worried we would drive over whatever was being tossed off the roof. The hotel offered a shuttle service to and from a sister hotel location for pool access but booking this was a bit of nightmare. We had called the hotel numerous times with no answer, so we had to pay for a Lyft to bring us back to our hotel. The bathroom fan was broken with a painful squeak. The staff, Blake specifically, were all very kind & beyond helpful - but it was a bit of a disappointment. Beds were comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback we apologize for the problems with the pool and transportation to and from the Hampton, we hate that you experienced problems but are looking forward to the new roof and having that back to normal as well as having our beautiful courtyard and pool back ready for our guests to enjoy.
