Property is well taking care of. Checking in was easy, Cassandra was very polite and checked up on us throughout our stay. The rooms look just like the pictures on website. Staff members very friendly. Breakfast was good. Will stay again.

I liked the fact that the rooms were quiet. You couldn't hear anything from the rooms next to you. Was very clean. Staff was very accomodating and nice. Beds were comfortable. Fresh towels and room serviced daily. Denny's next door had good food and their staff was nice and polite. Will stay there again. 22 minutes to Methodist Smithtower.

Staff was wonderful. Disliked that pool didn’t open till 10 am a as we were usually out the door by then.

I was woken up by a fire alarm at around 3ish am. Apparently a guest caused a fire with what i think Was the microwave. The staff did not know what was going on and the hotel should’ve taken a better approach at handling the situation. Other than that the hotel was clean and good.

Perfectly fine. Just alongside busy highway. So very accessible but not much to walk to.

I arrived 40 minutes prior to check in but receptionist was not customer friendly and quickly responded that room wouldn’t be ready until three; didn’t even try to offer other alternative assistance.
