As our best customer service, we called you twice to return your belongings which you left. Review just based on area only is not appropriate.

Delightful surprise! Family-like environment. Everyone was very kind and the gift at check in was so thoughtful. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautiful. I felt very safe with the security cameras and outside lights. It was an unexpected stay for me so I appreciated the toiletries provided

This was our first stay. The staff were nice and friendly. The property is very clean and quiet. They also offer free breakfast bar with some hot food which was one of the reasons why we wanted to give this place a try. Our overall experience was excellent. We will definitely come back again when we visit Houston!!
