This was the worst hotel ive been to. I feel horrible for taking my kids to this dirty place on New Years. First of all the check in wait time was long. We arrived at the room and the smell was horrible. I wanted to start the new year relaxed and not get mad over little things so I let it slide. We were in a rush to hwad out that I really didnt check the room and we just wanted to leave fast due to the smell. When we came back in the night it was dark so didnt see the dirtiness. This morning when we woke up to go get breakfast, OMG! Everything was dirty! You could tell it was never cleaned because there was trash and crumbs all around the edge of the carpet. Every piece of furniture was dirty and dusty. Trash cans were dirty.. I took pictures of everything for my records since there were red spots on caroet and some kind of white spots on sofa bed. The breakfast looked so bad that we had to just pick up and leave 2 hours before checkout. There was no milk, no pancake mix and the sausage patties were half cooked. Very bad experience. We will not be back.

Everything was amazing right down to the breakfast. The only thing that was a little off was the smell when you walked into the room kind of smelled like grass, but it wasn’t overbearing.

We were on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy which was fine except late night / very early morning. We are always up by 6, but it was difficult to sleep because of the slamming doors and noise from the parking lot. The property should add something to the doors to keep the slamming doors from creating so much noise. The bottom of our shower - facing the toilet - not the surface you stand on was dirty. The bed was one of the most firm I’ve experienced in quite a while. Breakfast was very underwhelming, but also free so there is that. The coffee was fine, and that was my immediate need.

Beware of front desk
We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch (5 people). When we got to the room there were 3 towels and no bedding for couch. We called front desk to request items. Front desk was abrasive and was not wanting to bring us any items. She finally agreed to bring items. She only brought a sheet for the pull out couch. No pillow or blanket. I asked again at the front desk. She was rude and said that she would have to go another location in the hotel to get those items. Unbelievable when I paid extra for 5 people and to have a couch bed. Not a good look.
