There was an obvious smell of certain drugs as soon as I walked into the lobby. But Rashad was amazing! He told me that he was going to figure out who was smoking and kick them out since no smoking is allowed at this location. To top that off I had mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong date in my haste, and Rashad did everything he could to get this changed for us. Awesome service! And the room was great too 😉
