Awesome Hotel Stay For Concert
The check in and express check out were awesome! The garage attendant was great, simply parked in temporary 15 min spot and Registration was a breeze, personnel were very friendly and efficient at front desk, used room key to access parking garage in/out, the complimentary shuttle dropped us off near Minute Maid Park for concert, the room was clean and king size bed comfortable. Only complaint was the AC was a little loud and the black out drapes didn’t block out enough light and the hand soap dispenser was placed on other side of toilet on the wall, all in all enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The staff was great and the shuttle was very convenient. However, the parking garage was very steep and was scratching my vehicle just going down the ramps. I probably wouldn’t book here again specifically because of the garage. Also, the room was very tiny compared to other rooms in the area at about the same price.
