Horrible
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was a nightmare. The room was still dirty after having to wait an hour to check in because the room needed a “deep clean”. There was urine all over the toliet seat. The AC didn’t work properly. The window shades over the bed to not go all the way down to block out the bright lights coming in from the parking lot. It looked like it was daylight in my room all night. I have stayed here before, but I won’t be back.

Disappointed in state of the hotel
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HotelsFirst, Hilton is aiding and abetting criminals. Offering housing to illegal migrants is shameful and the disregard for the property is embarrassing. People have to decide whether they will support Hilton on this and being the arbiters of what laws to respect. The desk seat in the room was wet for some reason, carpet was fllthy and worn out and torn up, no cold water which may just be a Houston thing

Dear valued guest, if it happened that you did actually stay with us, we would be able to see your reservation, but we can see this was sent anonymous. This is serious accusation to our hotel itself and of course our staff and guests. We would not tolerate any kind of discrimination.
