Les chambres ne sont pas faites car il faut le demander à l’accueil avant 11 heures ! Donc pas de lit refait ni de serviettes propres

This is an overpriced 2.0-star hotel not a boutique 3.0-star hotel. No shuttle or functional bar as advertised. The entire 3rd floor and my room had an overwhelming humidity/mold smell. Upon arrival, the bathroom floor was covered with hair, obviously not mine. Same for the linen, sheets and pillows. Toilet and bathtub were dirty. Faucets are rusted. Carpets not deep cleaned for a while. No safebox in the room. This was supposed to be a 4-day stay. On day 3 still no room cleaning. I asked for cleaning, the room was still not on the list to be freshened up but they did upon request. At my return someone had gone through my suitcase. There was no doubt as I had a personal white towel deep in the suitcase between my clothes and it had been removed and sent to laundry. I’ve never been in a hotel where housekeeping go through customers stuff. I asked to speak to the manager, left a phone number and was told I would be contacted back. No response 20 hours later. No compensation offered. Gross and unsafe place. I’m outta here with or without refund.

Good stay but bad surprise after staying there!

I was in this hotel for a business trip and some meetings at the UTH. Very nice hotel, was not impressed at first sight, but interior is really nice. Overall OK. But few days after, without ANY CALL, I was charged for 250$ USD for smoking in the room? I NEVER smoke in my life. There was a strange smell on day 2, but as the hotel is located beside a very large street, I thought it was from there. I'm really disapointed now, as there is no communication with the host, and now I have 250$ less in my account for ANY reason.

Bel hôtel moderne, accueillant et au calme malgré sa proximité avec Main Street et à proche de beaucoup de lieux à visiter en voiture. Personnel sympathique et agréable. Petit déjeuner inclus dans la prestation avec peu de choix mais bon dans l’ensemble et à volonté. Literie super et équipement de chambre complet. Dans l’ensemble nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix une seule seconde.

It was easy to get to from the interstate. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

Great location for the NRG stadium, and the staff were friendly. Our bed was the comfiest that we’ve used in recent years. The breakfast options could be stopped up a bit more but the fact it’s free is good.

I booked this hotel based on close proximity to the NRG stadium for a concert - ideal as could walk to stadium. The property is old and looks as though recently been refurbished but a number of unfinished items in room - missing some of skirting, door architrave in bathroom missing, old air conditioning unit which gives room a damp/musty smell. Corridor carpet needs to be hoovered. Breakfast limited but adequate. Overall rooms, bedding and bathroom clean. It met our needs and reception staff helpful
