Very Bad service! they change your reservation will out notifying me and put me in a room cheaper than what I pay for

Altogether the hotel including the room was spotless, the staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s in a quiet spot but we felt perfectly safe coming and going. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked okay!
