nice hotel around nothing

Nice hotel, comfort ok, very clean. Only problem are the noise coming from the room around (TV) and that there is nothing around (restaurant)

I’ve stayed at over 20 hotels, and I’m not a hard guy to please. This place, however, is downright horrible. There was no room service (our room was never cleaned), and we had to ask for clean towels constantly. The management seemed completely disorganized during check-in. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes out of business soon! Also, be CAREFUL—people loiter around the property. When we arrived, there were four homeless people drinking alcohol in the parking lot.

Other guests were loud, room looked like it was missing artwork from the walls, and holes in the walls where a wall mount use to be. Other than that, it's a typical hotel stay.

I was honestly really disappointed by how dirty the room was. I took pictures as proof bc I was in disbelief. The bed was clean though so I can honestly give them that. The top cover duvet had stains but the inner sheets were clean and after inspecting the mattress no bed bugs. When we arrived, the door was cracked open and every cabinet and drawer the room was open. The filters were pulled out from the ac also which we assumed were to show that they were clean. Only reason I stayed is bc we were in Pasadena for a fighting tournament for less than 24 hours. We didn’t have time to report anything or really stay in our room. The hotel seemed to be more for working men just passing through. The breakfast was hot, and good. Staff were all very nice, but seemed to be a little overwhelmed even at check in.
