Not a fan of this hotel anymore as the TV didn’t work in the room after many tries to fix by the service people. The shower had very low pressure. Saw a cockroach in the room. So, We had to move to a different room. The other room was ok but the carpet was very dirty.

Room wasn’t bad ,no pool,ac no blowing that cold ,tv had a line going through it,and fridge didn’t work…

En línea reservé un cuarto con 2 camas y al llegar resulta que mi cuarto era de una cama y ya no había otro cuarto disponible y del precio no descontaron nada

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They must have a supply issue because there weren't any napkins in the eating area and I had to hunt down a housekeeping person to replenish toilet paper and tissues for our room. Our sheets were changed twice during our 11 day stay (just right) but one of our beds (on the left) always smelled of urine. All in all, considering the area had just experienced a hurricane, we were glad for a place to stay.
