The stress of a long drive melted away upon entering this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and very comfortable. We didn’t have a view but didn’t need one.

Our room was 1 hour late being ready. They comped us 2 free drinks at the bar that was supposed to be open until 2am, but was conveniently closed when we returned from our event. This is a hotel located right by the stadium, so they should be accustomed to large crowds. They were not prepared. This was our first time staying here and last.

This property is nice and chic. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean. Aside from the carpet in my room having a few stains, I really liked the room. The food is delicious. Still don’t know why they took the wings off the menu, though. When I visited last year, there were wings on the menu and they were delicious. The rooftop lounge was a major vibe. I’d stay here again and again.

A night at the ball park
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur Hotelsgreat apart from the valet had to go around the block 3 times before we could get into valet parking. Hotel was great, nice that they have a bar, though food was edible but not great. Handy for downtown sporting events or concerts, would stay again

I would not recommend staying here. Not worth the price, bad customer service, no parking unless you want to pay $45/night for valet parking.
