Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsHotel itself is weird. I did love the location due to how close it was to the main attraction and downtown. A lot of food options around. I did find stains in the bed sheets, and on the towels. Pillows might need to be upgraded due to how flat they are. Shower water would take a couple minutes to get warm, if too hot and tried to change it, it’ll get really cold and take another couple minutes to get warm.

Modern bait and switch
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis was bait and switch. The address that I was given was not the address that the room that I stayed in was in it was the building next-door. It was not modern. It was not clean. It was horrible and it was dirty. They did not give me an exact unit so when I got there, I couldn’t find it. I let them know in advance. I would be there at 2 o’clock. No one was there to let me in until 245 after I made three phone calls. The code they left me in the instructions with no unit number was not the code to my building either. The photos in the ad of the front of the building is not the building that I was put in. This was not a good experience. It sounded like there was a kitchen attached my unit there was no kitchen attached to my unit. The only thing that was good was the breakfast was served. And when that was served, they said no one was supposed to be in the kitchen. So there was no kitchen. Horrible.
