Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsI was really impressed with the hospitality at the hotel. The person at the front desk did a great job and never gave me an attitude. He was very understanding. I would definitely come back.
However, one of the rooms we stayed in didn't seem well cleaned, possibly due to the cleaning supplies they use. There was also a strong odor of cigarettes, possibly from the previous guests not following the rules, and we also noticed some baby roaches. I addressed the issue, and they said they would take care of it. The cleaning service was very helpful. We asked for the sheets to be changed because one of the kids had spilled juice, for the trash to be taken out, and for clean towels.

Sleeping with roaches!

It is not clean. There were ROACHES all over the place, even crawling across the bed. Don't believe the others, it is disgusting.
