Door would not open . Tried several different keys and still nothing . Management refused to refund my money even after they are aware that I could not even enter my room

Upon first arriving outside of the property was a lot of weird activity going on, lady at the desk was not kind never really speaking to say hello just may I help you she give me a room key to a room that’s already occupied and the people have 3 large dogs, the whole place smells like dog pee and poop. So she give me another room upstairs as I’m walking in the room there is a roach on the door I open the door fully and begin to look around and there are roaches crawling around everywhere including the bed I never put my belongings down I saw at least 30 roaches in a matter of 30 seconds I inform the lady at the front desk of the problem and she tells me to call who I booked the room with, they wanted to call the property but she turned the phone volume off
