The room was totally hideous. Smelly, dirty, lacked pillows. floor was very worn out. AC did not work. it was a horrible experience but it was very late at night and we needed a place to sleep.

The room looked nothing like the picture and it has roaches in the room I am very upset this hotel needs to be closed

They say microwave and fridge on website then tell you they don't have them in person not to mention the homeless and drug use and selling going on in the open

A first room had broken air condition falling off wall. Second room had no light switch working except one over tub. Plumbing detached from wall. Worst part was the demand of 50 dollars cash for staying in the room although it was already paid through Expedia on a credit card. What if you don’t have 50 cash?
