Hôtel trop loin du centre de Houston (70 km) mais l'employé nous a aimablement réorientés sur un hôtel de la même société plus proche de nos destinations de visite pour les deux nuits suivantes.
Par contre, j'avais retenu une chambre à deux lits et nous avons eu une chambre à un lit et la propreté laissait à désirer. La moquette n'avait pas été aspirée et des miettes des précédents locataires étaient visibles.

We are happy that our front desk staff was able to direct you to a hotel closer to the city center, however each property is independently owned and operated, we apologize the new hotel that you were directed to did not meet your expectations our staff was simply trying to locate another hotel based on proximity to the city center however cannot vouch for the quality of the hotel as each hotel is operated independently. Hello Kellsie, we would like to apologize for your recent experience. Our records show that your reservation was marked as a no-show and therefore per the terms of the reservation you were charged the no-show fee. The reason we could not waive this fee is due to the fact that the request for cancellation was made after the reservation date and the hotel did turn away numerous guests in order to hold your guaranteed reservation. To prevent similar situations from occurring in the future we do advise that the terms and policies of the reservation are read before securing pre-paid reservations.
