Room was tons of unfinished fixes with patched work . My shower had a huge crack from one side to the other and was fixed with tape. The corners of every wall were not finished with tape and float just had the metal corner bead . If you held towels to light, you can seen stained in them.

It has been recently remodeled so everything was in great condition. A little bare, nothing on the walls.
