Spring efficiency

It promises two bedrooms but is one great room with a very comfortable Queen, along with an undersized and somewhat worn futon. There are no separate bedrooms. Could sleep two adults and two younger children at most, as long as privacy within the group is not an issue (close family). Worth the money as long as you know what you are getting.

Thx for the review… nowhere in the listing does it list 2 bedrooms, although it does list 2 beds which one is the futon & another Is a fold away if needed alongside the queen. The futon is less than a year old & I’ve never had anyone complain about it in the past. The description is on point with what I offer. Thank you for your review.

Great Place

The bed is memory foam which I’m not used to which means it doesn’t give much. I was worried I would have trouble sleeping on it, but I slept well. Location is quiet for the most part. It’s located toward the back of a subdivision so there is a little added drive time to get to a highway. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but that’s not what you’re paying for. It’s a nice alternative to a hotel.
