The place is clean and seems to be well kept. We had to check in late as we got a flat tire on the highway and had to change it while traveling. We got in at 3am and the front desk treated us terrible for being late even after we call and let them know then wanted to charge me after I already paid on hotels.com. The physical place is good but staff needs work!

Clean and comfortable

Roaches
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was a very nice room. Very nice view of parking lot. My room was on lower level. I stayed 7 days. The only problem was it had roaches. And those bugs that roll-up into little black balls. And there was a large gap under door and down the side of door. It needed door strips and guards to prevent bugs from crawling neath doors.
